Ken Ammon, Managing Partner / LookingGlass Security

Ken Ammon is Managing Partner of LookingGlass Security and leads Soteria's Board of Directors. His vast experience and proven track record are key to Soteria's mission to bring a commercial product to market.

Ammon founded managed security services provider NetSec in 1998 and successfully led NetSec to a multi-million dollar company with a customer base which included 5 of the Global 10 and 10 of the 15 Federal Government executive departments. NetSec was acquired by MCI for $105m in February of 2005. Post acquisition, he was President of MCI global security services and responsible for leading the integration and sub sequential launch of NetSec’s managed and professional security services portfolio. With more than 17 years of leadership and network security experience, Ammon's background includes providing strategic security direction and guidance for commercial enterprise and U.S. government intelligence, civilian, and military organizations. He has been successful leading the development, marketing, and sale of best-of-breed information technology security products and services that are being used to meet the evolving security needs of large federal government customers.

Gregory Peters, Managing Partner / Nile Holdings

Greg Peters is a Managing Partner for Nile Holdings, an investment advisory firm specializing in product and organizational development, business model refinement, capital restructuring and business combinations. He is focused on Soteria’s commercialization strategy for ISP's.

Peters served as the President and CEO of Internap Network Services Corporation (Amex: IIP), as well as a member of the Board of Directors (2002 - 2005). At Internap, he directed a restructuring effort which resulted in achieving positive cash flow, sustained annual revenue growth, a 1000% market cap increase, a doubling of customers, and a tripling of gross margins. Internap, the industry leader in providing high performance Internet-based communications services, generates approximately $160m in annual revenue with over 2000 enterprise customers in 34 major domestic and international cities.

In 2004, Peters was appointed by President George W. Bush to the National Infrastructure Advisory Council, a White House Committee that advises the President and Department of Homeland Security on issues associated with the protection of our national infrastructure. He is currently the co-chair of a working group analyzing the role of supervisory control systems and national infrastructure protection. He is also a member of the working group for Public-Private Sector Intelligence Coordination.

Andy Purdy

Donald A. (Andy) Purdy. Jr., President / DRA Enterprises

Andy Purdy is President of DRA Enterprises, an advisory firm specializing in information assurance and cyber security, software assurance, business development and government relations. His goals for Soteria include business development and an expansive presence in the information sharing communities.

Purdy served as the nation’s “cyber security czar” in his role as Acting Director of the National Cyber Security Division/US-CERT for the Department of Homeland Security (2004 – 2006). He had been a member of the division since it’s inception in 2003 and was the Vice Chairman and Senior Advisor on information technology issues for the President’s Critical Infrastructure Protection Board.

Prior to his work at DHS, he served as the U.S. Sentencing Commission Acting General Counsel and long-time Chief Deputy General Counsel beginning his tenure at the commission in 1987. Purdy is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and served as Special Counsel to the Ethics Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives. He was Counsel to the U.S. Senate Impeachment Trial Committee and Senior Staff Counsel to the House Select Committee on Assassinations.

Terry Dolce, VP of Sales / Archer Technologies

Terry Dolce is Vice President of Sales for Archer Technologies, the leader in enterprise risk and compliance management. He overseas Archer’s direct sales and sales engineering efforts globally. Dolce’s focus is to grow the demand for enterprise risk and compliance management solutions by increasing sales and driving business strategy for the Archer SmartSuite Framework and related Archer solutions. His knowledge of commercial product sales is beneficial to Soteria’s product packaging.

Prior to joining Archer, Dolce was Vice President of Sales for iDEFENSE, Senior Director of Sales at NowDocs,Vice President of Industrial Sales for The Stanley Works and Global Sales Manager for FedEx.

In addition to holding positions in sales and business development, Terry has worked with MIT to develop and deliver sales training programs to thousands of sales professionals globally. Terry has over 15 years of leadership experience, including commercial and government sales management, training, marketing, operations and general management.

Newt Fowler, Partner / Rosenberg, Martin, Greenberg

Newt Fowler leads his firm's business transactions and technology practices. He has an excellent reputation as a business advisor and negotiator for entrepreneurs and mid-market businesses and provides clients with practical knowledge and experience on the many business and legal issues they face. He brings his startup experience and capitalization acumen to Soteria as they position themselves for growth.

Newt has extensive experience in general business planning, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital investments and financing transactions. He also advises many of the region’s technology companies on technology and intellectual property issues, including licensing and other IP transactions. In fact, he most recently was the CEO of a regional technology company.

Newt is a graduate of Centre College of Kentucky (with high distinction, Phi Beta Kappa), and of the University of Kentucky Law School. He is a frequent speaker and writer on business and technology
issues and is the immediate past chairman of the Greater Baltimore Technology Council.

Daniel Reilly, Managing Director / Thornburg Investment Management

Dan Reilly is a Managing Director at Thornburg Investment Management, an employee-owned company with assets under management of over $43 billion. The firm manages equity funds, bond funds and separate portfolios for select institutions and individuals. He is responsible for business development in the mid-atlantic, a region that has seen over 400% increase in sales during his tenure. He holds the angel investor Board of Advisor’s seat and offers his investment expertise to Soteria.

Prior to joining Thornburg, he was the Assistant Vice President of Business Development for Wells Real Estate Funds and served as Vice President for Keogler Investment Advisory.

Reilly received his B. A. in Economics Summa Cum Laude from Lynchburg College and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Georgia State University.
