Much like the way Google Earth provides a telegraphing view of geographical images, SoteriaScout™ provides a telegraphing view of communication networks. This Internet modeling product provides an instantaneous view of networks of interest by presenting peering and routing relationships. This is accomplished by constant updates allowing the model to evolve, learn, and mature. SoteriaScout™ is a network analysis product that enables the analyst to share results across multiple projects, retrieve recent work, compare today’s picture with those of the past, and delve deeply into network protocol data. Network analysts are empowered to analyze, visualize, and explore a vast knowledge base of network and Internet data through an intuitive user interface.

The program uses a variety of data sources including: Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), traceroutes, botnets and IP to country data. There is no limit to the type of data SoteriaScout™ can consume and correlate. Other possible data types include: network inventory lists, network management systems, firewall and system logs, flow data, packet captures and IDS logs.
